Request deletion of your data
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with Road Signs EE.

Please indicate whether your request concerns the Android application, Web/PWA, or both.
We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify that you are authorized to make the request. We will not ask for your password or payment-card credentials.
Where applicable, we will delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer necessary for providing the service or fulfilling legal obligations.
Certain purchase, payment, tax and transaction records may need to be retained for legally required periods. If we cannot delete particular records immediately, we will explain the reason and applicable retention period.
Deleting purchase recovery or access-related information may affect your ability to restore purchased access on another device. We will explain any such consequences before carrying out the relevant deletion.
You can remove locally stored application data using your device or browser’s data-clearing controls.
We normally respond to privacy requests within one month, subject to any extensions permitted by applicable law.
This page is public. You do not need to be logged in, to have made a purchase, or to have the app installed to use it. Road Signs EE does not provide an automated deletion control or a self-service account-deletion feature; requests are handled by email.
Android / Google Play
- You can remove locally stored Road Signs EE data through Android app or device data controls (for example, clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app).
- Google Play purchase and payment records are partly controlled by Google. Requests concerning data that Google controls separately may need to be directed to Google.
- Data deletion does not by itself cancel a Google Play purchase and is not a refund request.
- Any Road Signs EE information that we control can still be addressed through the email request process described above.
Web / PWA
- Purchase/recovery email information and related access, device and transaction records may be held by the Web service.
- Eligible information may be deleted or anonymized after appropriate verification.
- Some transaction and tax records may remain where required by law.
- Deleting access or recovery information may prevent later restoration or use of purchased access.
- Clearing your browser data removes local information but does not automatically erase corresponding server-side records.
- Deletion requests and refund requests are different procedures. Requesting deletion is not a refund request, and a refund does not by itself delete your data.
Requesting deletion does not guarantee immediate deletion: we will verify your request first and tell you what can be deleted, what must be retained and why.
